Starting as the Operations Director followed by COO, I focused on creating streamlined processes and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our endeavors. I took pride in building a dedicated team to handle all guest communication, ensuring that concerns and questions are addressed promptly and efficiently. As the CEO of Traverse Hospitality, I am fueled by a passion to elevate the company to the next level in a healthy and strategic manner. With a fantastic team supporting me, I approach this journey with confidence and determination. Outside of the professional realm, I savor life's moments with my husband and our two French Bulldogs.
